For each land development project, Reynolds-Clark conducts a “project kick-off” meeting to identify a client’s expectations and project deliverables. After obtaining site information and data, our team initiates design of preliminary and final design layouts submitting benchmark results for review and approval. Reynolds-Clark maintains open communication with clients using a Communication Needs Plan to resolve issues, assist in rezoning and aid in decision making to finalize design.
