Annual Membership Meeting

Gretchen Clark recently attended the Annual Membership Meeting for the Danville Pittsylvania County Chamber of Commerce at the Institute for Advanced Learning and Reseach center.  Gretchen has been serving on the Board of Directors as a Board Member for two (2) years.  She is now a Chair-Elect for the Chamber of Commerce. 

R-C visits DC

Gretchen Clark and Timothy Reynolds just recently visited Washington, DC on December 14, 2011.  They met with Congressman Robert Hurt, the Secretary of Agriculture and the EPA Administrator to discuss Clean Water Act issues in relation to farm ponds on behalf of the U.S. Cattleman's Association. 

Banister Bend Mitigation Bank Annual Monitoring Complete

The Banister Bend Mitigation Bank annual monitoring was recently completed.  As an approved bank by the Army Corps of Engineers (ACOE), the bank has to be monitored to measure plant survivability.  Annual monitoring includes evaluation of the planted vegetation and volunteer vegetation throughout the year.  It's such a beautiful place to work!

Kristy Wolfe just passed the Project Management Professional certification examination! The PMP® credential is the most important industry-recognized certification for project managers. Globally recognized and demanded, the PMP® demonstrates that you have the experience, education and competency to successfully lead and direct projects.

American Council of Engineering Companies

Reynolds-Clark was just recently inducted into the ACEC of Virginia. Pictured here are Gretchen Clark, President, and Tim Reynolds, Vice President/Treasurer, holding the member plaque. Not pictured is Patricia Reynolds, Secretary of Reynolds-Clark. 

New solar manufacturing facility

RC will be handling all civil site design for a new U.S. Green Energy facility in the Cane Creek Industrial Park.  U.S. Green Energy will manufacture solar roofing and siding material.  RC will handle the design of the site utilities, grading, erosion and sediment control, storm water and water quality.

Teaming with Dewberry

The team of RC and Dewberry will offer complete engineering for sanitary sewer to serve the very important Southside Project of the Mega Park.  A joint project between the City of Danville and Pittsylvania County, when completed it will be one of the largest industrial parks on the east coast.  The design team will create a desing for 34,000 L.F. of gravity sewer, 35,000 L.F. force main, along with 2 pump stations.

Reynolds-Clark Awarded Business of the Year

The Gretna Merchants Association presented Reynolds-Clark with the 2008 Business of the Year award at their annual meeting on Thursday, December 4, 2008.
